4. Old Business:
a. Map 22 Lot 14: Permit 2026-005 was issued April 7 2026 to Thomas and Sarah Caputo to perform shoreline stabilization at 54 Windigo Lane. The Applicant is ready to begin work and needs a Flood Hazard Permit.
5. New Business:
a. Map 09 Lot 07: Waialua LLC Application to install rip rap at 68 Roderick Rd. Represented by Richard MacKenzie.
b. Map 12 Lot 18-A: Giovanni Twigge Revocable Trust Application to construct a pier, seasonal gangway and float, and stone steps and landing at 13 Little Harbor Road. In addition, stabilization around and under the pier is proposed. Represented by Gartley and Dorsky.
c. Map 10 Lot 23: Birch Island, LLC Application to construct two sets of stairs, and a 6’ x 34’ pier together with a seasonal ramp and float on Birch Island near 14 Winks Way. Represented by Ellie Oberink, Flycatcher, LLC.
6. Other:
a. Possible revision to the Application with regard to “evidence of right, title, or interest” as required in Section 16.C.2
b. Next Regular Meeting Tuesday, October 6, 2026
