4. Old Business:

a. Map 09 Lot 01: Andrew Diffin Application to build a small addition to a dwelling at 1 Thomas Lane. Represented by Cody Stewart. The application was withdrawn at April 7 meeting. Additional material has been submitted.

5. New Business:

a. Map 27 Lot 02: Erik Scott Application to revise Permit # 2025-022 issued September 2, 2025 to construct a dwelling at 29 Good Day Drive. Additional plans were submitted.

b. Map 15 Lot 09: Miles from Nowhere LLC Application to revise Permit # 2025-025 issued July 15, 2025 to construct a dwelling at 83 Miles Road. Additional plans were submitted. Represented by Joanna Shaw.

6. Other:

a. Next Regular Meeting Tuesday, June 2, 2026

b. Change of website and email.

c. A copy of a DEP Application was received for Linda B. Johnson to construct a 32’ pier with seasonal ramp and float at 740 [40] Loon Lane (Tax Map 21 Lot 4).

d. An e-copy of a DEP Application was received for Waialua LLC (Richard MacKenzie) to re-construct a 125’ long seawall and rip rap at 68 Roderick Road (Tax Map 09 Lot 05).
