a. Map 09 Lot 34: Permit 2026-001 was issued January 6, 2026 to Peter and Anne Sowels to re-build the bridge to Tea Island. Gerry Douglas claims to be a co-owner with the Sowles for Map 09-34. He claims he was not notified of any Planning Board action.
5. New Business:
a. Map 24 Lot 07: About Time LLC Application to replace a dock at 43 Alice Norwood Rd. Represented by Gartley and Dorsky.
b. Map 15 Lot 2 & 4: Miles Road Assoc. & Little Harbor Road Assoc. Application to increase the road height and stabilize ±261’ of shoreline along the frontage of these roads. Represented by Gartley and Dorsky.
c. Map 21 Lot 4: Linda B. Johnson Family Trust Application to replace a dock at 40 Loon Lane. Represented by Gartley and Dorsky.
