a. Map 10 Lot 23: Birch Island, LLC Application to construct two sets of stairs, and a 6’ x 34’ pier together with a seasonal ramp and float on Birch Island near 14 Winks Way. Represented by Ellie Oberink, Flycatcher, LLC. TABLED for more information on September 1, 2026. A new Application has been submitted.

a. Possible revision to the Application with regard to “evidence of right, title, or interest” as required in Section 16.C.2
