Tidewater Telecom is extending their fiber optic network in 2024! The Town of South Bristol, Lincoln County Regional Planning Commission, and Maine Connectivity Authority have contributed federal grant money to fund part of the construction. If your only Internet choice has been Tidewater DSL, you are likely eligible to order new fiber service. Read the Tidewater press release for preliminary info on scheduling. If you currently have Spectrum Service you will not be served in this preliminary phase.
