Regular Meetings of the South Bristol Planning Board are held on the first Tuesday of each month at 7:00 pm at the South Bristol Town Office. Special Meetings may be held at the discretion of the Chair.
The South Bristol Planning Board meets on the first Tuesday of every month at the South Bristol Town Office on Clarks Cove Road in Walpole. If necessary and at the discretion of the Board they may also meet on the third Tuesday of the month. The agenda is closed at 7PM on the Thursday before the meeting and posted on the bulletin board outside the door. An application must be received by the Planning Board by the close of business on Thursday prior to the meeting at which the application will be reviewed.
